Kentucky Lake Water Quality Monitoring

Welcome to Murray State University's Hancock Biological Station/Center for Reservoir Research's KENTUCKY LAKE site. Below you will find the present water conditions for Kentucky Lake within the past half hour. You can look at the changes over the past day, week, or month by selecting the parameters and the time period at the left side of this page. Under Monitoring Sites, you can select parameters for water at the lake surface (1 meter depth = about 3 feet) or 1 meter off the bottom. Starting at 10:15 AM on July 31, 2019, HBS no longer collects water quality at the bottom. To see Kentucky Lake weather conditions, click here.
